Jennifer has been in the legal field for more than 15 years, and has gained extensive experience in public agency law, water law, probate, trust administration and business organization.

Jennifer holds an Associate of Science degree from College of the Sequoias and a Paralegal Certificate. She is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association and Sequoia Paralegal Association where she is currently a board member.  Jennifer has been a Notary Public since 2005.

Cynthia was born in Hanford and raised on a dairy farm. She attended Kingsburg schools and after many years returned to school and received her Associates of Science degree along with a Paralegal Certificate from College of the Sequoias in 2013. Cynthia handles the unlawful detainers in the office. Cynthia enjoys watching pretty much all sports and loves to golf. She couldn’t be happier working at WBP.

Cheryl has over 35 years’ experience and an extensive background in almost all areas of the law. Her experience enables her to handle complex legal matters and offer individualized service to the firm’s clients. Cheryl has worked for the firm since 1987 and is the team’s senior litigation paralegal.

Cheryl holds an Associates of Science degree, paralegalism ‘83, ABA Accredited Certificate, from College of the Sequoias, Visalia; an Associates of Arts Degree, Liberal Arts/Business Sciences ‘78, from College of the Sequoias, Visalia; has been a Notary Public since 1980; and is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association and Sequoia Paralegal Association.

Pam was born and raised in Tulare County received her Associate of Science degree and her Paralegal Certificate from College of the Sequoias in 1993.  She has been in the legal field for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in civil litigation and personal injury matters.

Pam is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association and Sequoia Paralegal Association and has been a Notary Public since 2005.  She enjoys watching her children’s soccer games and crocheting.  She is a die-hard sports fan and loves to watch the San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers.

Kathryn was born and raised in Los Angeles County and attended Pierce and Moorpark colleges for general education classes. She has worked as an office assistant and receptionist and has been with the firm since 2014. Kathryn now makes her home in Visalia.
